By using the website or requesting assistance, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

Frweeman is a task-assistance service. You tell us the task you need done, our team understands the requirement, and a suitable Frweeman — the person who carries out the task — is arranged to help get it handled.

We currently operate in Delhi NCR. Requests from other locations may not be possible to fulfil.

Task requests are made through our contact channels — WhatsApp, phone or email. The website itself does not process bookings or payments.

• Please give accurate, complete details about the task, location and timing.
• The details of each task are discussed and agreed with you directly through our contact channels.
• Sending a request does not by itself confirm that a task will be carried out.

We assist with legitimate and feasible tasks. Frweeman may decline, pause or stop any task at its discretion, including tasks that:

• are illegal, unsafe or harmful to anyone
• involve prohibited, restricted or dangerous items or substances
• could put a Frweeman or any other person at risk
• are not feasible for us to carry out

• Provide information that is true and not misleading.
• Treat every Frweeman with respect and courtesy.
• Only share personal information that is necessary for the task.
• Do not use the website in a way that could damage it or interfere with its use by others.

The content on this website — including text, the Frweeman name and logo, and design — is owned by or licensed to Tanvika's Frweeman Services Pvt. Ltd.. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We aim to keep information on the website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information and may change without notice.

The website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Frweeman is not responsible for them.
